As our company values highlight, passion about diving is at the forefront of our ethos. As divers ourselves, we pride ourselves on being industry specialists with the knowledge and enthusiasm for our chosen range of diving holiday destinations.

With our head office based in Plymouth, UK, we house various departments that work together to keep the blue o two wheels turning. With an ardent sales team that you would be used to speaking to on the phone or via email, there are also several ‘behind the scenes’ departments including our operations, accounts, marketing and product development teams. We all sit together on one floor of our stunning new office building in Plympton with glass walls dividing our teams so we can all appreciate the openness at the heart of our company.  

In a slightly warmer office lives our hard-working Egyptian team who are the reason behind the smooth-running and professional service on the ground that blue o two have become known for. It’s our amazing ground team and knowledgeable dive guides that help keep our Red Sea fleet award winning year after year. We also have an experienced and skilful team of dive guides working on board our fleet vessels in the Maldives as well as a dedicated Scandinavian sales team.
