Ultimate Red Sea (10 nights)

Taking in the world-famous marine parks at Brothers and Daedalus as well as the Ship's Graveyard at Abu Nuhas and SS Thistlegorm wreck, this thrilling itinerary of wrecks and spectacular drop offs is perfect for divers keen to glimpse some big animals at these remote off-shore dive sites.

Minimum Certification: Open Water

Minimum Experience: 30 logged dives (local regulations require at least 20 logged dives to dive the SS Thistlegorm wreck)

Embarkation Day: The boat will remain in the marina overnight enabling guests to relax, get to know each other, and set up equipment in preparation for diving the following day.

For your first full day on board, we schedule 3 dives (a check dive, practice zodiac dive and night dive), close to the embarkation port (Hurghada or occassionally Port Ghalib).

We will explore the reefs and wrecks around Abu Nuhas, Ras Mohamed and the Strait of Tiran, including the world-famous SS Thistlegorm, plus the Safaga area and the Salem Express. We also spend a day each at the Brothers, Daedalus, Elphinstone areas, where we hope to see shark species such as oceanic whitetip or hammerheads, before heading to your disembarkation port.

Enjoy two relaxed morning dives local to your disembarkation port allowing you spend the afternoon relaxing on board as we to cruise into harbour. Take advantage of an evening onshore to purchase souvenirs and enjoy Egypt's famous hospitality before your journey home the next day. The final night on board the vessel with breakfast before disembarkation on Day 11 are included, with upgrades to a hotel also available.

The itinerary above is an example of the planned route and dive sites cannot be guaranteed. All dives sites are subject to weather conditions and the final route taken is at the absolute discretion of the captain and dive guides. Adverse weather can affect this route which includes several overnight sailings. 

Night dives are not permitted in the marine parks and, due to distances covered, most days will consist of 3 day dives. Where possible, we will try to schedule at least 2 night dives during this 10 night itinerary.
